Louisiana Fall Landscape Workshop

November 18 - 22, 2020

Join PhotoVentures for a Fall photography workshop in Louisiana, along with professional photographer/guide Charles Bush.  This workshop focuses on photographing ancient  rust-covered cypress trees in the swamp waters of Southern Louisiana. This time of year also frequently brings foggy conditions lending itself to ethereal landscapes within the swampland.

The tour includes three days of shooting with several boat tours, traveling off of the beaten path in the swamplands.

Details

​

  • Tour starts and ends in Lafayette, LA

​

  • Transportation will be provided from Lafayette to Henderson (depending on flight times, this may mean that we have to wait for the last person to arrive).

​

  • You will need to arrive no later than 1:00 pm on the 18th

​

  • You will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Breaux Bridge / Henderson, Louisiana

​

  • If you are traveling alone and you'd prefer to share a room, we'll do our best to pair you with someone of the same gender. 

​

  • Photographers of all skill levels are welcome

​

  • A deposit of $250 is required to secure your spot 

​

  • The balance is due 60 days prior to the workshop
